Continuing their long tradition of informing voters, the League of Women Voters of Greater Tucson (LWVGT) and Arizona Public Media (AZPMŪ) announce they are partnering to produce five political forums and conversations with the candidate in 2014.

All five of these one hour-long events will be free and open to the public, and will be held at the Proscenium Theatre at the Center for the Arts on the west campus of Pima Community College, 2202 West Anklam Road in Tucson. Pima Community College is a co-sponsor of all the events. Tickets will NOT be required as was done for the first gubernatorial republication forum in July.

SCHEDULE OF FORUMS ND CONVERSATIONS WITH THE CANDIDATE:

  • Wednesday, July 30, 6:30 pm - Republican Primary Gubernatorial Forum

  • Monday, October 6, 6:30 pm - Conversation - candidate Felecia Rotellini for Attorney General, Jim Holway and Sandra Kennedy, candidates for Arizona Corporation Commission
    Pima Community College Center for the Arts Recital Hall, West Campus

  • Wednesday, October 8, 6:30 pm - Conversation - candidate David Garcia for Superintendent of Public Instruction, and candidate Terry Goddard for Secretary of State
    Pima Community College Center for the Arts Recital Hall, West Campus

  • Thursday, October 9, 6:30 pm - Conversation - candidates John Mealer and Barry Hess for Governor
    Pima Community College Center for the Arts Recital Hall, West Campus
